SHIPPING CHECKLIST
 

SHIP ONLY THE DETACHABLE TRIGGER ASSEMBLY OR LOWER RECEIVER unless the upper and lower receivers are an integral unit or experimental trigger work is to be done.

Triggers should be packaged in a sturdy cardboard box that will be suitable for re-shipping. The trigger assembly should be well protected by bubble-wrap, packing pellets, newspaper, etc.

OR PROVIDE THE INFORMATION BELOW ON A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER:

Firearm/s Make, Model/s & Serial #/s (if applicable)

Owner’s name, address & phone number

Return address (if different from above)

Trigger work requested (Standard, Contoured, or Set)

Choice of Return Shipping (See “Shipping/Handling/Insurance Rates” below)

Method of Payment (Payment must accompany order (unless other arrangements have been made):

• Money Order or Cashier’s Check
• Personal or Business Check (Shipment will be held 3 weeks for check clearing)
• Visa/Master Card (Add 5% to total of trigger work + shipping)

For VISA/MASTER shoppers, we will need:
Cardholder Name, Card # and Expiration date.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE FOR 1 UNIT - ADD $5.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL UNIT IN SHIPMENT
Shipping and Insurance charges are subject to change as UPS & US Mail rates increase

TRIGGER ASSEMBLY = Trigger Assembly, Only
LOWER RECEIVER = Trigger Box + Grip Housing

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not recommend shipping complete rifles, but if it is necessary to do so, please check with UPS for shipment rates on oversize boxes.  They will need to know where the package will be shipped from (our WTS address), package weight, package dimensions (length, width & height), & applicable insurance.  To this, add $2.75 for ‘Adult Signature Required’ tag.

TURN-AROUND TIME
 

Unless the trigger work involved necessitates ordering replacement parts, WTS trigger work is usually completed and re-shipped within 10 to 14 working days of the date we receive the trigger assembly or lower receiver.

If work has not been completed and re-shipped within the maximum 14 working days, the customer will be notified of the delay and when shipment can be expected.

Pre-scheduling is not necessary, in most cases, unless the customer wishes to do so.

WTS is a federally licensed gunsmithing business.  It is therefore perfectly legal for you, as an individual, to send your weapon (or weapon parts) to us for customization without the need to go through a licensed gun dealer.  It is also just as legal for us to return your property directly to you.
